What's the difference between private and semi-private Pilates pricing?
Private sessions ($75 single, packages from $350-$650) give you one-on-one attention. Semi-private sessions ($200–$350) let you share the cost with a friend while still receiving personalized modifications for your body.
How do I know which package is right for me?
Start with what feels manageable. Many people begin with a single session ($75) or a 5-session package to experience our approach. From there, you’ll know what works best for your body and your goals.
What is Neurokinetic Therapy?
Neurokinetic Therapy (NKT) is a corrective movement system that identifies and fixes dysfunctional movement patterns in the body. Through muscle testing, we identify which muscles are overworking (often causing pain) and which are underworking, then retrain your nervous system to move more efficiently.
Can I come for Neurokinetic Therapy only?
Absolutely! While Neurokinetic Therapy (NKT) pairs beautifully with Pilates for long-term results, you can absolutely book standalone sessions. Many clients start with NKT to address specific pain patterns or movement issues, then decide if they’d like to add other services.
